Difference Between Stress and Anxiety

People often may feel confuse using the terms stress and anxiety conversely, but these both are quite different mental or psychological states. Although we can say one thing surely that both are associated with a general sense of concern and disquiet, but how different people experience these emotions is quite distinct.

So let's understand the difference between stress and anxiety.

Stress is triggered by the present circumstances or situations and often leads to problem solving approach for example, a person having a speech tomorrow, can feel worried or tensed, yet they will find ways- such as practicing speech so that they come over the stress as soon as possible.

While anxiety happens when we keep imagining negatively about the future.
